Follow this: Start by spending 3 minutes each morning by closing your eyes and bringing your focus to your breath:

  • Focus on the center of your forehead and count 1 to 9

  • Focus on the tip of your nose and be there for 90 seconds while you observe your breath going in and out.

Everything is energy—including your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
